Atlas Construction, Inc. will serve as the full service, licensed and bonded general contractor. As a vertically integrated residential real estate construction manager and advisor, the company is comprised of a diversified staff of experienced real estate, financial, and management specialists, complemented by a technical staff of architects, engineers, lawyers, skilled tradesmen and construction management professionals.
The Atlas team of professionals has been constructing and advising both commercial and residential real estate owners for over twenty-five years. Atlas has formed close relationships with select members of the working trades, which provides broad resources along with competitive and reliable prices. Atlas manages all components of development, from feasibility, acquisition, design, budgeting, financing and development management to ongoing property and asset management.
From site analysis and project design to discretionary entitlement processing and permitting, Mr. Sanchez has the experience and expertise to successfully develop the most difficult sites. As on-site construction manager with a highly experienced construction crew, he effectively and efficiently manages the construction project on a highly fast tracked basis. Every project is proactively value engineered while using quality materials and tradesmen to provide a superior final product.
THE LEGAL COUNSEL
William Utnehmer is the Executive Director of the Sonoma Law Center and an Advisory Board Member of the Arlene Francis Center. Utnehmer became a member of the State Bar of California in 2000 and licensed as a California real estate broker in 1986. He has been active in real estate development since first moving to California from Wisconsin over twenty years ago. Mr. Utnehmer began his real estate career with Tishman Realty Corporation in Los Angeles, one of the nation’s premier commercial developers. Mr. Utnehmer served as a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, the State Bar of California, Urban Land Institute and Westside Urban Forum.
ARCHITECT / DESIGNER
RegenArch has been working in the field of residential design for over twenty years (www.RegenArch.org). The founder of RegenArch, Richard Hofmeister, is inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies Van der Rohe, Ron Mann, Bernard Maybeck and Luis Barragan. His recent projects include residences in Sonoma and Los Angeles. Hofmeister loves the world of fine arts and has a focus on integrating art into his design. He has designed residences that reflect and complement notable art collections of clients. His work always seeks to accommodate the needs and desires of the client while integrating the design into the site. RegenArch work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Luxe Magazine, Design Bureau Magazine and Art & Antiques Magazine.
